# How to access Kyloe AI NoteTaker from Bullhorn

To access Kyloe AI NoteTaker within Bullhorn, you need to **add a custom card to the record overview**. This can be against any these Bullhorn entities: **Candidate** and **Contact**.&#x20;

#### How to add the Kyloe AI NoteTaker card in Bullhon

1. Open *any* Candidate or Contact record in Bullhorn and click the **Layout** button on the right hand of the screen.

2. Select **Cards**.
3. Check the box next to **Kyloe AI NoteTaker**.

The Kyloe AI NoteTaker card should now open on the Overview tab. Once the card is visible, it will remain in place for any records of the same entity (such as all **Candidates**).

In order to see Kyloe AI NoteTaker against a different entity, you will need to go through the same process again.

The first time you open Kyloe AI NoteTaker, it might bring up a pop-up to login to Bullhorn. Please ensure you allow these pop-ups otherwise Kyloe AI NoteTaker will not be able to connect to Bullhorn.

If the problem persist, you might need to whitelisting your Kyloe solution URLs (as explained [here](https://kyloepartners.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/topic/6849f213-14f2-4410-9e97-6e3abca7f0bd/article/3810426914)) or add a trusted site to Chrome (as explained [here](https://kyloepartners.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/article/2352480267)). \
