# Integrating the Kyloe AI NoteTaker with your Microsoft Outlook calendar

You can now integrate your **Outlook** calendar with **Kyloe AI NoteTaker**. Once integrated, the **Kyloe call bot** will be automatically invited to all meetings in your calendar with an external participant. This applies to **Teams**, **Zoom, Ringover and Google Meet** calls.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Please note, each of your users will have to integrate their own Outlook calendar.
{% endhint %}

Follow these steps once NoteTaker is enabled on Candidate and Contact records.

1. In the pop-up window, select **Outlook**
2. A pop-up will appear asking you to sign into your Microsoft account.
3. Grant permissions when prompted—your calendar will sync automatically upon success.

✅ After a few seconds you will see a ***Calendar connected successfully!*** notification.

{% hint style="info" %}
If you are the first user in your organisation to integrate your Outlook calendar, you may see a pop-up for you to request permission from your organisation’s Microsoft Office365 administrator to allow the integration. Please do so.
{% endhint %}
