Running your first test call/meeting

The Product Delivery team ensures Kyloe AI NoteTaker is correctly set up for all users during implementation, verifying integrations and customizations. But for any additional users, follow these steps to run a test call and make sure Kyloe AI NoteTaker is connected correctly:

  1. Schedule a short test meeting in your connected meeting provider (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom).

  2. Make sure the meeting includes at least one external participant whose email address matches a Bullhorn Contact or Candidate record.

  3. Start the meeting as normal.

  4. Kyloe AI NoteTaker will join the meeting automatically.

  5. Discuss some relevant information during the call (e.g., candidate details, job requirements, or next steps) to trigger summary generation.

  6. End the call and allow a few minutes for the transcript, summary, and insights to appear on the relevant Bullhorn record.
