# How to enable the Kyloe bot

When you first access Kyloe AI NoteTaker, the Product Delivery team assists with customization to match your needs—like the specific questions you want to run against your candidate or contact call trasncriptions, Bullhorn fields for saving insights and how to enable the Kyloe bot.&#x20;

#### Enable the Kyloe bot

You can now enable the **Kyloe call bot** to automatically attend **Teams**, **Zoom, Ringover** and **Google Meet** calls with an external participant, then upload the summary and transcript to Bullhorn. To do so:

Go to the **Kyloe AI Manager** and open the hamburger menu in the top-left of the screen.

1. Go to the **Kyloe AI NoteTaker manager** and open the hamburger menu in the top-left of the screen.
2. Next, open the **Al NoteTaker Manager** sub-menu and click **Call recordings**. When the **Call recordings** page opens, click the gear icon in the top right.
3. Now, in the **Configuration** window, click the arrow on the right of the green **Kyloe call integration info** bar and enter:
   1. **Email origin domain:** this is your company’s email domain (everything after the *@* symbol in your company email address). For example, the Kyloe email origin domain is **kyloepartners.com**
   2. **Bot name** - enter the bot’s name as you want it to appear in meetings
   3. Finally click the toggle on the right of the green bar to enable the integration
   4. Save the configuration.
