Managing questions in Kyloe AI NoteTaker manager

The Kyloe AI NoteTaker Manager allows you to review, refine, and customize the questions that NoteTaker answers from your calls. By editing, deleting, and creating questions, you shape what information is captured and displayed when your team reviews calls in Bullhorn. This ensures NoteTaker focuses on the data most relevant to your organization's workflow.

Editing existing questions

Here's how to keep your Kyloe AI NoteTaker questions up to date as your team’s workflows evolve or priorities change.

  • Access the Kyloe AI NoteTaker manager

  • Navigate to the Add questions option

  • Use the search bar to find the question you want to refine, or browse your existing questions list to identify it.

  • When the question opens, review and edit the following fields as needed:

    • Entity type – Confirm whether the question applies to a Candidate or a ClientContact. This ensures the right questions appear on candidate calls (screenings, interviews) or client calls (job briefings, debriefs).

    • Question – Rephrase or adjust the question as needed to align with the information Kyloe AI NoteTaker should capture from the call transcription.

    • Destination – Confirm the correct Bullhorn field (e.g., bullhorn.Candidate.salary or bullhorn.ClientContact.notes) where answer should be written back.
