# Automatic call matching

When you complete a candidate or contact call using the call bot, Kyloe AI NoteTaker automatically receives the recording and intelligently links it to the correct record in Bullhorn. This means you don't need to manually identify which candidate or contact the call belongs to—NoteTaker handles this automatically.

#### What does Kyloe AI NoteTaker match? <a href="#what-does-notetaker-try-to-match-to" id="what-does-notetaker-try-to-match-to"></a>

Kyloe AI NoteTaker uses a intelligent matching process to ensure calls are connected to the right Bullhorn records. Specifically, it analyzes the email address of the external participant on the call—the candidate or contact you were speaking with. By matching this email address against your Bullhorn database, Kyloe AI NoteTaker determines which Candidate or Contact record the call should be linked to.

This approach ensures accuracy and eliminates the manual step of having to navigate Bullhorn and select the correct record after each call.
