When a call is uploaded via Kyloe AI NoteTaker, a summary of the call is automatically saved as a Note with the action type labelled Kyloe AI NoteTaker Summary upon output save.

Transcripts saved as file attachments

The full transcript of the call is automatically saved as a .txt file and attached to the relevant record under the Files tab. This ensures you have access to the complete call transcript alongside the summary for reference and compliance purposes.
