Manually uploading and processing calls

Kyloe AI NoteTaker allows you to directly upload a call transcription from Bullhorn records to initiate an automated workflow that analises and identifies answers to configured questions, and writes data back to Bullhorn fields.

Uploading from Bullhorn (Candidate/Contact Record)

1. Open the Candidate or Contact (ClientContact) record in Bullhorn. Look for the Kyloe AI NoteTaker card.

2. Select the Upload call option

3. Attach your recording file in one of the supported formats

4. Enter additional details Optionally provide the following information:

   • Call title or meeting name

   • Date of appointment

5. Click Transcribe
