# Manually uploading and processing calls

Kyloe AI NoteTaker allows you to directly upload a call transcription from Bullhorn records to initiate an automated workflow that analises and identifies answers to configured questions, and writes data back to Bullhorn fields.

### Uploading from Bullhorn (Candidate/Contact Record)

1. Open the Candidate or Contact (ClientContact) record in Bullhorn. Look for the Kyloe AI NoteTaker card.
2. Select the **Upload call** option
3. Attach your recording file in one of the supported formats
4. Enter additional details\
   Optionally provide the following information:
   * Call title or meeting name
   * Date of appointment
5. Click **Transcribe**
