Configuration

The Template's Configuration is the main page for any template

  1. Template Name accepts a title for the template. This does not have to be unique, but it is recommended so easier to find in the Template list.

  2. Choose an entity type allows you to select which entity your template will be based upon.

NOTE: Choosing an entity for your template is an irreversible decision once the template has been saved.

The Different Enities

  • Candidate: Candidate information only. Used for CVs . Has options for Notes and Actions

  • Company: Terms of business and Client documents where you don't have to select a Client Contact before generating. No Notes option but can have Actions.

  • Contact: Terms of business and Client documents where you have to select a Client Contact. Has options for Notes and Actions

  • Opportunity:

  • Lead (If available):

  • Placement: Placement and associated entites information (Candidate, Job,Client Contact and ClientCorporation, VendorClientcorporation) Use for contracts and documents gnerated from the placement record. Has options for Notes and Actions.

  • Shortlist /JobSubmission: Candidate and Job information. Use for CV, documents generated from Vacancy/job. Has options for Notes and Actions.

  • Vacancy: Job information only. use for JobDescription. Has options for Notes and Actions.

AwesomeDoc (the output file)

This section will allow you to set the output file options including the File name and File type.

  1. File name - can use dynamic tags to bring in e.g the candidate name

  2. File Type

  3. Destination

Candidate and Contact templates also have option for Template availablity

  1. Template File:

  • Upload file: (Default) used when you intend under 7. to upload a base template file.

  • File attachment: Used for when you want to attach an existing file as a File attachment. E.g for Final versions of contracts

  1. Template File: where your MS Word base template file is uploaded to the AwesomeDocs template configuration using the 'Upload File' button. The base template file should be created first.

  1. HTML file can be used to inclue an HTML file that will be rendered and output onto your AwesomeDocs output word document.

    1. View dependencies is used when using an HTML file to indicate which source fields will be called from Bullhorn to be used in the HTML output.

  2. UnPublished/Published Toggle is used to show or hide your template from the front-end Bullhorn users of Kyloe AwesomeDocs.

  3. Save as is used to save your template and/or any changes made to your template. The button will reflect whether the template is being selected to 'Save as unPublished' or 'Save asPublished' based on the UnPublished/Published toggle for this template.
