# Staple the DocMerge document

Once you have green checks for all parts the **Staple** button will become available.

Clicking this button will **ask for confirmation** and then perform the stapling process.

**Once complete you will be notified** by the following message in green to confirm:

**The stapled document has now been generated and is stored in the Files tab of the Bullhorn entity it was generated from.**
