Kyloe AwesomeDocs has the ability to receive information from a recipient via Docusign or Kyloe Publish.
To update information in Bullhorn, the Form fields option has to be enabled and the Bullhorn fields to be updated listed under this option's Current Fields.
Is Template a Form only (e.g no document): Leave this blank to utilise the Word file uploaded to the template. Check this option if you're intending to use Kyloe Publish to create an in-browser form for a recipient to complete and have those details written back into Bullhorn.
Current Fields holds the mapped list of the Bullhorn fields to be updated. It is left blank for a new template but will show the form fields as you add them. For Docusign the order of the fields in this screen is irrelevant. For a Kyloe Publish form the fields will be presented in the order they are created.
NOTE: It is not possible to rearrange the form fields. If you wish to reorder the list you will have to remove the fields and add again.
The below options should be completed for each field you wish to add under Current Fields:
Field Entity: Select the Bullhorn entity record you wish to update. This list is restricted depending on the entity the template is created against.
Selected Bullhorn Entity’s fields: Once an entity has been selected, a list of fields for that entity will be available. The field selected here will be where the information is stored within Bullhorn.
Field Type: This drop-down contains a list of possible Bullhorn field types. Generally you should select String for all fields. Datetime can be used in the specific case of capturing signature dates. Please contact for more information.
Field label (Required for Publish): If this is a Kyloe Publish template, a label can be entered here. This will display next to the field when the recipient views the online form.
Field Name (name of the field in Docusign/Publish) should match the syntax of the Docusign field placeholder as it has been entered in the template, e.g., __DS.text1-notes__ , allowing the Docusign field to be mapped to the appropriate Bullhorn field.
Add Field: Once all the settings are populated, click this button to add the form field to the Current Fields list.
