# The Kyloe AwesomeDocs Template builder

Once you navigate to the builder URL you will be presented with the existing templates list.

1. **The list button** will always return you to the template list screen.
2. **The plus button** allows you to create [a new template](https://help.kyloepartners.com/kyloe-awesomedocs/kyloe-awesomedocs/kyloe-awesomedocs-admin-guide/add-a-new-template).
3. **The template list** lists all the templates you have access to in your template builder. The colour of the circle matches the entity colour in your Bullhorn menu.
4. **The column headings** can be clicked to sort the list of templates by the contents of that column.
   * **The eye** shows if the template is set to either Private or Public. Only Public templates are visible / selectable in Bullhorn.
   * **TYPE** shows [the template type](https://help.kyloepartners.com/kyloe-awesomedocs/kyloe-awesomedocs/kyloe-awesomedocs-admin-guide/add-a-new-template) used for this template.
   * **CREATED** shows the date the template was created.
   * **UPDATED** shows the last date the template was updated.
   * **MODIFIED BY** shows the name of the user that last edited the template.
5. **Show more columns** will expand to reveal additional columns which show the permission restrictions applied to each template as well as any linked DocuSign template.
