The Kyloe AwesomeDocs Template builder

Once you navigate to the builder URL you will be presented with the existing templates list.

  1. The list button will always return you to the template list screen.

  2. The plus button allows you to create a new template.

  3. The template list lists all the templates you have access to in your template builder. The colour of the circle matches the entity colour in your Bullhorn menu.

  4. The column headings can be clicked to sort the list of templates by the contents of that column.

    • The eye shows if the template is set to either Private or Public. Only Public templates are visible / selectable in Bullhorn.

    • TYPE shows the template type used for this template.

    • CREATED shows the date the template was created.

    • UPDATED shows the last date the template was updated.

    • MODIFIED BY shows the name of the user that last edited the template.

  5. Show more columns will expand to reveal additional columns which show the permission restrictions applied to each template as well as any linked DocuSign template.

There is no limit to the number of templates you can create.
