# Finding Candidates ready to Validate

At the moment, the best option to find candidates that are ready to be validated is to use the Candidate Search option and the filters as described below to find their Right to Work (RTW) status.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note! This information is for UK based Candidates that have the Right to Work (RTW) enabled.
{% endhint %}

We'll assume, looking at the Candidate's [Validation](/kyloe-connect-onboarding/welcome-to-kyloe-connect-onboarding/recruiter-guide/managing-a-candidates-record/validation.md) page, that the General information and any Workflows aka additional steps have been completed

The below search set up, allows the Recruiter to see the Candidate's RTW status and can act on this status.

#### **Setting the filters**

1. Select the Onboarding pack you want to check against - works in a heiraki.
2. **Set Steps to 0** - these are the additional steps to be completed after the General information steps. Note! Optional steps are treated differetnly to mandatory steps.
3. Status: Use 'General information done' and 'Registered'.
4. Set the date range
5. Click on the search icon

**The result** might look something like this:

Under 'Status' you can see the 'RTW' status represented by the colour of the shield.

**The colours explained:**

* **Grey:** The RTW section has not been started by the candidate
* **Yellow:** The candidate has submitted their RTW details and is pending admin/ 3rd party approval
* **Green**: The candidate has completed their RTW process
