Managing a Candidate's record
In Bullhorn when your candidate is registered against Kyloe Connect you'll see the below view when you are on the registered candidate record
Opening up Kyloe Connect on an already registered candidate's record in Bullhorn, you'll see a Candidate dashboard pop-up - see the Candidate Dashboard screenshot below, or you can search and click on the name in the list under Master Search to get to your candidate:

The Candidate Dashboard

From the Candidate Dashboard you'll see the
1. Candidate's Connect status, and date registered / record created.
This can also have the last Login status. The Candidate's Connect ID.
The Candidate's Bullhorn record will be linked up to the Connect record when registered for onboarding.
A Connect record will use the registered email to find and link to a Candidate's existing record in Bullhorn.
2. The options to:
Get link for candidate: Generates a direct link to the candidate’s Connect record. You can copy and share this link internally with colleagues for quick access.
Reload: Performs a reload of the Candidate dashboard. This clears cached data and reloads the view from scratch—useful after updates or if errors occur.
Close: Closes the Candidate dashboard pop-out window and returns you to the main Candidate Master Search results grid.
3. ACTIONS
From the Actions menu
A Recruiter user can:
Assign Business Unit: Allows you to assign a new or a different business unit to the candidate.
Phase up: A candidate can be onboarded in phases. The Phase up option allows you to move the candidate to the next phase.
Reject: You can choose to reject a candidate. 'Rejecting' allows the Recruiter to add the candidate to the correct Onboarding pack if assigned to the wrong onboarding pack.
Assigned the wrong onboarding pack? The 'Reject' option can be used if a Candidate has been registered against the wrong business unit/onboarding pack, allowing the candidate to be considered a 'Returning Candidate'- allowing you to reassign the correct onboarding pack to the candidate without having to re-register the candidate.
Reset password: Resets a candidate's password and sends a new password email to the candidate's registered email address
Returning Candidate: Only available when the Candidate has a status of: Rejected, Validated or Withdrawn. This option is used when a Candidate comes back to work for your organisation at a later date. This Action will create a new Connect record for the Candidate.
In addition to the above, an Admin user can:
Archive Candidate: The 'Archive Candidate' option is only visible for Admin users
Delete Candidate: Only available for Admins as this will delete a candidate and all its data from Connect.
Invalidate Candidate: Allows an Admin to set the Candidate's status to invalidated. The Invalidate option also allows an Admin to unlock a record if needed after validation, if an issue has been spotted and needs to be corrected before they validate the Candidate record again.
Unlink Bullhorn: Unlinks the Connect record from the current Bullhorn Candidate record.
4. The Navigation Bar
At the top of the Candidate's dashboard, there's a navigation bar:
Details: (Default) takes you back to the Dashboard's General Details overview.
Steps: takes you to the Candidate's additional Workflow steps overview.
Work history: takes you the Candidate's Employment history. You can edit or delete the candidate's work history details if they are incorrect.
Education: takes you the Candidate's Education history. You can edit or delete the candidate's education details if they are incorrect
Right to Work: At the moment set up to cover RTW for the UK - also where TrustID lives.
Other Docs: the section where other documents not covered by the Workflow steps live. This is where an admin can upload any other document against a candidate and once validated the documents will be sent to Bullhorn as files.
Validation: takes you to the Validation overview for the Candidate. Once the Candidate has completed all required steps, you can validate their record and send it to Bullhorn. This will lock down the candidate's record, preventing further edits.
5. The Connect Status bar
The Green bar of happiness - the quick overview of the candidate's onboarding journey
The Connect status bar icons give you a quick visual summary of the candidate’s overall readiness, and if you hover over the icon it will display more information.
What the colours mean:
Green: Section is Completed and ready.
Red: Indicates an issue that needs to be addressed. If you click on the icon you will go directly to the relevant area that needs attention.
Black: Not mandatory and not completed. OR the Option might not be required/activated for your organisation.
Let's cover all available status icons from left to right:
