# Details - General information & Business units details

#### **1. The Connect Status bar**&#x20;

Below the [Connect Status](/kyloe-connect-onboarding/welcome-to-kyloe-connect-onboarding/recruiter-guide/managing-a-candidates-record.md) bar you'll find

#### **2. The General Information Sections Overview**

These are the sections the Candidate will see under their General Information - but not necessarily in the same order as the Recruiter.

Note! If a section is in black it is set as not required/activated for your organisation.

**The General Information Sections are**

1. **Profile picture:** Only editable by the Candidate
2. **General details:** The details section contains general candidate information e.g. their name.&#x20;
3. **Right to Work:** This section includes the candidate's ID, where you need to perform an MRZ check and upload a PDF version of the ID document. This is currently set for UK compliance.
4. **Criminal offence**
5. **Address details**
6. **Emergency contact**
7. **Tax details:** Where you'll find the P45 information or NI number / new Starter checklist,  Student loan questions
8. **Payment details**: This can't be edited - but you can ask the candidate to 'redo' .
9. **References**
10. **Availablity**
11. **Specialites**
12. **Skills**
13. **Extra information**

**Editing/reviewing a Section in the overview** - as long as you, for the section, can see a pen icon; you can click the pen icon on the lower right of the section. This will open up the Section for editing/review:

**Editing Candidate details**

You can edit data in the Candidate details area when the Candidate is in a registered or unlocked status. However, Payment details and Profile pictures/selfies must be updated directly by the candidate.

**In the** [**Navigation bar**](https://help.kyloepartners.com/kyloe-connect-onboarding/welcome-to-kyloe-connect-onboarding/recruiter-guide/managing-a-candidates-record/pages/F1voek3Yk4Bqm3HYCOaC#id-4.-the-navigation-bar) **you'll also have access to the Candidate's Work and Education history.**

#### **3. Candidate Versions**

Below the Sections overview, you can see a list of the different Candidate's Connect record(s) - if they have registered multiple times and/ or been assigned to different Business unit branches. Clicking on a record version in the list will take you to that specific older *or* newer record.

#### **4. Business unit details**

The Business unit details is the list of Assigned Business unit currently assigned to the candidate

**Assign Business unit:** You can as an Recuiter user assign new Business unit *branches* to the Candidate if needed, for example, if they want to apply for a different job.
