Reassigning Onboarding packs

Assigned the candidate to the wrong onboarding pack? These steps explains how you can assign the right pack without having to re-register the candidate

The Actions >'Reject' option can be used if a Candidate has been registered against the wrong onboarding pack, as it allows the candidate to be considered a 'Returning Candidate' and we can then use the 'Returning Candidate' option to reassign the candidate the correct pack.

You can check the candidate's current allocated onboarding pack, by going to 'Details' in the navigation bar, as this has the candidate's current 'Business unit details'

The Steps to Reassigning Onboarding packs

Go to the Candidate's Connect record and on the Candidate Dashboard

  1. Reject the current onboarding pack

Go to 'Actions' in the top right-hand corner and select 'Reject'

This will remove the candidate from the current onboarding pack

  1. Reassign the correct onboarding pack

Go to 'Actions' and select 'Returning Candidate'

In the Returning Candidate pop-up window: Assign the correct onboarding pack from the list and click 'Save'

Check back under the candidate's 'Business unit details' to confirm the new onboarding pack has been added.
