# Steps - Additional Workflow steps

The '**Steps' section** shows the additional workflow steps the candidate has completed/yet to complete.

**Current Phase:** indicates which phase the candidate is on and the additional workflow steps can be set to be available against different phases. Up to 5 phases can be configured.

You'll also see the option to 'Reject' and 'Phase up' - Phase up will then 'release' any further additional steps for the candidate to complete

#### **The Workflow steps overview**

The Recruiter can ask the candidate to **'redo'** the completed additional steps if necessary.

**For PDF agreements - I agree/disagree:** if a candidate disagrees, this will be flagged in pink for the Recruiter to see. The Recruiter can then prompt the candidate to 'redo' this step if the candidate must agree before they can be validated.

An additional workflow step can be deleted - usually this will be if e.g. the wrong onboarding pack has been assigned and/or the Recruiter wishes to 'clean up' the additional steps now needed to be completed.

**There will be an audit trail against each step if you expand the step, and also in terms of step deletion:**
