Selecting 'Now' will enable the 'Run Now' button (3). Selecting 'Later' will reveal the option to set a date and time to run the report. This will also enable the 'Schedule Later' button (3).
Select Date/Time allows you to select a date and time for the report to run for the first time.
Clicking the appropriate enabled button will either run the report immediately or schedule the report to run later.
