Things to remember
DataCleaner is reliant on our Bullhorn API user in your Bullhorn database. If this user is changed, you will need to send us the updated credentials. We will then update DataCleaner. If you're sending us updated API details we'd ask that you send them via a secure note which can be done using Privnote.
For fields like 'Email', DataCleaner doesn't distinguish between meaningful information (i.e., a working email), and spurious data (like 'N/A'). It only checks for content, not quality of data.
