DupliKit

DupliKit allows you to detect and merge duplicate Bullhorn records.

DupliKit identifies duplicates across three entities within Bullhorn: Candidate, Contact and Company.

When DupliKit is enabled there will be a first admin. sync for all three entities. Then each night there is automated overnight sync to check for any changes and new potential duplicates based on the criteria set in the DupliKit settings. You can keep track of the completed merges in the DupliKit merge history section.

This guide concentrates on the Candidate entity but the Contact and Company functionality is identical.
