The update submission option is used to update the status of the candidate, and notify them and/or the client. Selecting this option will bring up the Update submission screen.

This screen will show all the available workflow configurations that have been created of type update submission. Select one of these and you will be presented with related workflow templates.

Select from one of the available candidate email/SMS templates.

If no template is selected a Next With No Email button will be available. If clicked, this will run through the workflow and update the status of the selected candidate(s). No email template will be used and no notifications will be sent. This option is available for all workflows, not just update submission.

Clicking next will take you to the summary screen.

This is the final screen before the send out.

Here you're presented with all the candidate(s) selected for this workflow.

  1. The text here shows the Bullhorn status that the selected candidates will move to after the workflow has run.

  2. Clicking this will allow you to edit the outgoing Candidate email or SMS message.

    1. Additional email recipients can be added here. This is the cc recipient of an email so these email addresses will be visible to all recipients.

    2. The content of the email body can be edited here. Some of the text, such as ${candidate.firstName} is placeholder text. This should remain intact as this is how Kyloe Workflow retrieves information from Bullhorn.

    3. Clicking here will allow you to edit the contents of any SMS message.

  3. If you wish to add any local files to the email then click this button to upload them from your computer.

  4. To preview the email, complete with replaced Bullhorn information, click this button. Multiple buttons will appear, one for each candidate.

Once you are happy with the contents of the message you wish to send you can click the confirm and send button.

The green tick is the indication that everything has been sent and the workflow is complete.
