User management

The user management feature gives you the ability to control who within your organisation has access to the Kyloe DataTools.

If the screen appears greyed out it means that you do not have access to Kyloe DataTools and have to be added by a Super user to get access.

When DataTools is enabled, your product consultant will set up a Super User for your organisation. Once this super user has been created they will have access to the Users (2) menu by clicking on the top-left-hand side Kyloe DataTools menu button (1):

The User Management page allows you to add or delete Bullhorn users from Kyloe DataTools

  1. Click on Add New and select a user from the drop-down list

  2. Click on Add to add the user

  3. To delete a user, click on Delete User to the right of the user's name
