# Kyloe Workflow user guide

Start by going to a vacancy/job. Here you'll see a tab called '***Kyloe Workflow***'.

From here you can view shortlisted candidates for this vacancy. Continue by selecting a candidate with a checkbox on the left. This will present a new drop-down menu.

This menu will contain the different workflow options available. This guide will discuss each option in turn.
