Kyloe Workflow is based on sets of templates for emails/SMS messages to both candidates and client contacts. These templates are collected under different configurations. This guide will take you through the creation of new configurations and their related templates.
During your Kyloe Workflow builder training your product consultant would have provided you with a URL. The only requirement to access the Kyloe Workflow builder is that you are logged-in to Bullhorn in the same browser.
If you do not know the URL for the Workflow builder then please contact Kyloe Support.
When you navigate to the builder URL you will be presented with the following:
This is the current list of Kyloe Workflow configurations on your system. Selecting any of these will display the related templates in the panel to the right.
This plus button will present the different options for a new Kyloe Workflow that you can create a configuration for, see next page.
This allows you to edit the existing configuration.
This will duplicate the configuration, along with all the templates. This is an excellent way to generate a new configuration which has minor changes to an existing Kyloe Workflow.
Clicking this delete button will remove the entire configuration, along with related templates. This is a non-reversable action.
Clicking this button opens the new template screen for this configuration.
