# Selecting a template

To generate a new Kyloe AwesomeDoc, simply expand the **Create an AwesomeDoc** section to reveal the available templates. This list of templates will change, depending on the entity you are currently viewing. This screenshot has been taken from a placement record:

{% hint style="info" %}
The list of available templates is maintained by Kyloe in the Template Manager. If you wish to create or modify Kyloe AwesomeDoc templates, please contact [Kyloe Support](mailto:support@kyloepartners.com).
{% endhint %}

1. Clicking the **Refresh** button will update the list of templates. This should only be required if additional templates have been added since opening Kyloe AwesomeDocs.
2. The **Type** shows which Bullhorn entity the template will be created against. In this example we are viewing a vacancy/job record so we see templates for Shortlist, Vacancy, and Candidate.
3. The **Name** of each template will have been agreed at the time of template creation.
4. The **Last Modified** value shows when Kyloe last updated the template. This is **not** the last time a document was generated against this template.
5. Clicking the **Create AwesomeDoc** button will generate the Microsoft Word document for the selected template.
