When you first open Kyloe AwesomeDocs, the record you came from will be pre-selected.

1. **The search box** functions in a similar fashion to the Bullhorn fast find. Simply start typing and select the record from those that appear.
2. **The information in the top-right corner** should represent the Bullhorn system you are working within. If you do not recognise this name, please contact [Kyloe Support](mailto:support@kyloepartners.com) immediately.
3. Clicking in the **Edit and merge files** for section will expand it to reveal all the files against that record. Here it is possible to [edit](https://help.kyloepartners.com/kyloe-awesomedocs-2.0/edit-and-merging-files/editing-a-file) .docx and .pdf files directly, as well as add files to the [merge basket](https://help.kyloepartners.com/kyloe-awesomedocs-2.0/edit-and-merging-files/merge-basket).
4. Clicking the **Create an AwesomeDoc** section will expand it to reveal the [AwesomeDoc templates ](https://help.kyloepartners.com/kyloe-awesomedocs-2.0/creating-a-kyloe-awesomedoc-document)available for this Bullhorn entity.
5. The **Record Information** section shows details of the Bullhorn record you are currently viewing.
6. The **Merge Basket** is where you are able to [merge](https://help.kyloepartners.com/kyloe-awesomedocs-2.0/edit-and-merging-files/merge-basket) multiple files, both from multiple Bullhorn records and locally, into a single pdf.
7. **Your recent activity** can be seen here. Clicking a record will select it within Kyloe AwesomeDocs.
