If you select either Job Submission or Placement Entity, you will see the Company Filter option available.
This filter allows you to designate which templates should populate by default when using DocMerge on jobs or placements where the company matches the filter. If there are multiple DocMerge templates with the same company in the filters, it will automatically select the first one in alphabetical order.
You can add companies to the company filters by typing in the name of the company and selecting it from the drop-down list.
For example: Simon’s House of Music is added to the list of company filters on my DocMerge template. When I open DocMerge from a job or placement which are created against the company Simon’s House of Music, the Merge Template will default to Submittal Packet – Simon’s House of Music.
