Send CV/resume

This option is used to submit a file from a single, or multiple candidate record(s) to the client contact associated with this vacancy. A notification can also be sent to the candidates notifying them of the submission as well.

The first screen you see allows you to select multiple files from those stored against the candidate record in Bullhorn.

The description box allows some text to be added for each candidate. This can be displayed in a client email template to add some personalisation for each candidate.

After clicking next you will be presented with the template select screen.

Select a configuration from the first column and then a candidate and/or client template.

Clicking Next will present the summary screen.

This screen functions in exactly the same way as for Update Submission. The only difference is the possiblity of sending both a candidate and client email at the same time. Each email template can be edited and previewed as before.

Clicking Confirm and Send will run the workflow, update the candidate status and send notifications.
