Publish mass mail

Kyloe Publish mass mail is a standalone application which is similar to publishing to a hotlist from within Bullhorn.

You must be logged-in to Bullhorn and then you need to open a new browser tab. The URL for Kyloe Publish mass mail is based on your Bullhorn cluster location. If you do not know your URL please contact Kyloe Support.

Once you enter your URL you will be presented with the following screen:

1. Client contacts | Candidates: Select either client contacts or candidates to send the emails to.

2. Template: Select the Publish template you wish to use.

3. Search Hotlists/Tearsheets: Search for and then select the hotlist you wish to use. All records on the hotlist with valid email addresses will be recipients for the mass email.

4. Subject: The email subject will be initially populated by the template but can be edited here.

5. Save as a Note: If this box is checked then a note against the recipient record will be created during the email sendout.

6. Email body: The email body will be initially populated by the template but can be edited here.

7. CREATE: Once you are happy with the recipients and the content clicking the CREATE button will send the emails.

This dialog will open and should remain so until all the emails are sent. Any issues Kyloe Publish encounters will be displayed here.
