# View Published documents

Once a document has been created by clicking Create it will be available in the **Published From This Record** section.

For New documents you still need to make the document public and add recipients to the Publish documents before sending.

1. **Title** is name of your published document. This is determined by the Publish template you selected under New Publish document.
2. **Date Added** is the date and time the record for the publish document was created.
3. **# Recipients** is the number of recipients the document has been sent to.
4. **Published** shows the current status, whether the document is currently visible by any recipient.\
   **Yes** means that the document is viewable by the recipients.\
   **No** means any recipient clicking their link will be met with a 'page not found error'.
5. **Date Published** is the latest date that the document was made available to the recipients.
6. **Available Until** is the date when the document will automatically expire. At that point it will become unavailable to all recipients.
7. **Last Activity** shows the last date and time a recipient interacted with the published document.
8. **Notifications:** If notifications are On then the user who published the document will be sent an email notification for each document interaction. This can include a recipient viewing a document, as well as their responses.
9. **The pen** allows access to edit the document settings.
10. **The person** allows access to edit the recipients (see [Edit a Published document](/kyloe-awesomedocs/publish/edit-a-published-document.md)).
11. **The expand view** allows you to preview the document as the recipient will view it.
12. **The trash can** deletes the document. Note: All history for the document will also be deleted. Setting the document to private hides it from the recipients but retains the history.
