# Recruiter guide

This guide is designed to support **Recruiters** and **Admin users** in setting up and managing their onboarding packs using **Kyloe Connect Onboarding**, as well as understanding how to use the platform day-to-day from within Bullhorn **to manage Candidates through their Onboarding journey**.

This Recruiter guide will walk you through the key features of Kyloe Connect Onboarding.

#### Who Should Use This Guide?

Kyloe Connect Onboarding is typically managed by your organisation’s **compliance team** or designated individuals with permission to configure onboarding processes. If you're responsible for creating or maintaining onboarding workflows, business units, or candidate agreements, this guide is for you.

#### User Permissions

Access to the features within Kyloe Connect Onboarding is determined by your **user permissions**:

Note! Permissions are managed via the **Kyloe Connect** **User admin panel**, and can be adjusted by Kyloe Support or your internal admin team.
