How to access the Kyloe Connect Onboarding

During implementation you will have been provided with a specific URL for the Kyloe Connect admin side. If you do not know this URL then please contact the Kyloe Support team.

Please, ensure you are logged-in to Bullhorn then open a new browser tab and enter the provided URL.

Alternatively, Kyloe Connect Onboarding can be accessed directly from Bullhorn:

• Via the Bullhorn menu

• Or through a Bullhorn Custom Tab, such as the candidate entity iframe

When the page loads, you’ll land on the Master Search section by default. For now, let’s focus on the top menu — this navigation bar remains consistent throughout the Kyloe Connect Onboarding platform and will be your starting point for accessing key features.

1. The top menu allows you to navigate between the different modules available in Kyloe Connect. What you see here may vary depending on your user permissions — some options may be hidden if they’re not relevant to your role. For the purpose of these guides, we’ll cover all available modules, regardless of whether they’re visible to every user. This ensures you have a complete understanding of the platform’s capabilities.

2. Clicking the Kyloe icon gives you two options:

   1. Log out of your Kyloe Connect Onboarding account

   2. Perform a hard reload of the page, which clears cache and cookies to help resolve any display or loading issues.
