Start by opening a Bullhorn record. Here you'll see a custom card called Kyloe AI Assist.
From the Kyloe AI Assist card you browse the list of available prompts. Prompts include icons to represent the entity from which they draw their information.
e.g. A green person represents a candidate prompt, a star represents a placement prompt, and a brown suitcase represents a Job/Vacancy prompt.
From the record you want to generate a prompt from, you have two options:
If you click the prompt box, you will run your prompt with the configured settings, set in the Kyloe AI Assist manager. The selected LLM will then process the request and eventually take you to the Result tab where you will be able to see the generated content.
If you need to adjust some of your prompt settings before running it, select the configure icon on the bottom-right of a prompt tile. You will be taken to the Prompt options tab.
