Using Bullhorn notes

Some Kyloe AI Assist prompts allow the inclusion of Bullhorn notes. This is configured in the Kyloe AI Assist Manager. However, at the time of running the prompt it is possible to select which notes should be sent to the LLM.

Simply check each of the notes that you wish to send to the LLM.

The prompt may be configured to only show a certain number of notes of a particular age or note action. It is entirely possible the list of available notes may be empty, given those restrictions.

Some prompts will include one or more notes automatically, if so configured in the Kyloe AI Assist Manager.
