Result (generated content)

After you have run a Kyloe AI Assist prompt, you will be taken to the Result tab:

Your generated content will be displayed in the main editor. If you hover your mouse pointer over this ( ) icon, you can see how many tokens were used to generate the content.

You have several options at this point:

• Generate new content

  • You can run the prompt again by clicking the stars icon ( ). This will run the prompt again with the default prompt options.
• Edit the output

  • You can edit the generated content by simply clicking on the text. This will open the HTML editor, and allow you to change the text. Clicking the pencil icon ( ) will also open the HTML editor.
  • Once you have finished editing, click the cross in the top-right corner of the editor to return to viewing the content.

• Copy the output to clipboard

  • Clicking the Copy button simply copies the generated content to your computer's clipboard, for pasting elsewhere.

• Save to a Bullhorn field

  • Clicking Save to Field will save the generated content to a Bullhorn field. This field is configured in the Kyloe AI Assist Manager and cannot be changed from the Kyloe AI Assist card.

  • This option is only available if the prompt has been configured to save against a Bullhorn field.

• Save as a new Bullhorn note

  • Clicking Save as Note will create a new note against the current Bullhorn record. The Comments for the note will be the generated content and the Bullhorn note action will be Kyloe AI Assist Result.

• Open Bullhorn emailer

  • Clicking From Bullhorn will open the Bullhorn email utility, with the generated content in the message body.

• Save as a new Word document

  • Clicking Save as DOCX will create a new Word (.docx) document, based on the template file stored in the Kyloe AI Assist Manager. The body of the template document will be entirely replaced with the generated content.
