Using Bullhorn file attachments

Some Kyloe AI Assist prompts allow the inclusion of Bullhorn file attachments. This is configured in the Kyloe AI Assist Manager. However, at the time of running the prompt it is possible to select which files should be sent to the LLM.

Simply check each of the files that you wish to send to the LLM.

The prompt may be configured to only show a certain number of files of a particular age or Bullhorn file type. It is entirely possible the list of available files may be empty, given those restrictions.

If you select the File data only ( ) option, then no information from the Bullhorn record will be sent to the LLM. If this is unchecked both file and field information will be sent to the LLM. The fields included are configured in the Kyloe AI Assist Manager.

Some prompts will include one or more files automatically, if so configured in the Kyloe AI Assist Manager.
