Once activated, all business units using the workflow will be updated to the new version. New candidates registering under those business units will see the updated workflow. Existing candidates will continue with the previous version.
To move current candidates to the new workflow:
Create a new business unit.
Assign the updated workflow to it.
Reassign the candidate to this new business unit.
