What should happen when the Search is completed?

1. **Let me know by email** if this option is switched on an email can be entered here for the recipient to receive a notification and link to the report/ tearsheet/ hotlist when it completes.
2. **Create Tearsheet** if this option is selected a Bullhorn tearsheet (hotlist) will be created when the report runs. The name of the tearsheet will match the Search Name under Other Search Options. The three options here let you choose different sections of the report to include. These sections match the boxes shown in the report results grid, detailed below. Multiple sections can be included in the same tearsheet to create a custom report. **You must select at least one criteria from this section for the report.**
3. **Owner** selecting a Bullhorn user lets you define the owner of the tearsheet.
4. **Run Repeatedly:** How often would you like the search to run? Selecting an option here will automatically run the report at the selected interval after the first report runs.

{% hint style="info" %}
If the report is run with this setting enabled it will continue to run at the interval selected. **In order to stop the report** from automatically running you will need to select this search from the previous searches menu, unselect this option and run the report manually. This functionality will be improved in a later update to DataCleaner.
{% endhint %}
