Once the report has been run a grid is presented with the results split into columns and rows on the bottom of your page.
When DataCleaner runs, it prepares records for a Bullhorn tearsheet (hotlist). Bullhorn only accepts records with valid email and phone information, which can only be checked when the report is run. This can result in fewer records in the results compared with the estimate.
The columns represents the years. The rows represents the 3 groups available based on the criteria of the report set above.
Each column of this table represents the year that the record was created. '1-2', for example, shows records that were created between one and two years ago. The 'Total' column will create a tearsheet for all records.
Date Added: This row sorts/ groups the records by when they were added into Bullhorn.
Date Last Activity: This row sorts the records by their last activity date.
Date last Note: This row sorts the records by the date of their latest note record.
Clicking any of the teal boxes lets you create a Bullhorn tearsheet filled with the records that match the related heading and row. A unique name for the tearsheet can then be entered in the 'Confirm Tear Sheet' pop-up box. From this point the tearsheet will be available in Bullhorn and can be dealt with as usual. The tearsheet owner will default to the user who took the action.
