Entity selection, search filters and preview

1. The menu button opens the Kyloe DataTools menu, see above.

2. Click 'Kyloe DataTools' to return to the Kyloe DataTools Welcome screen.

3. Selecting either Candidate or Contact will determine which type of records will be included in the report.

4. The estimated number of records that will be found shows the estimated number of records that would be found using the selected filters. This number updates every time any of the search filters are modified.

   1. Note: This estimation will not update when note filters are added.

5. Previous Searches icon: Clicking this icon will show a list of your previous searches as well as any scheduled searches.

6. Select which Bullhorn records you want to include using the options below: Here you can select what fields you would like the report to use. Keep in mind that the filters run in combination, not individually - the more filters you apply the more concise the report will be.

   1. You can choose individual fields by clicking on the button for that field.

   2. If you would like to include multiple fields from one category, click on the category icon next to the fields to include all fields from the one category. For example, clicking the envelope next to No Email, No Email 2 and No Email 3 will include them all.

The No Future Tasks and No Future Appointments buttons will not update the estimated number of records. These buttons only take effect once the DataCleaner report is run.
