To enable Docusign as an option for your AwesomeDocs template go to the tab.

Docusign Recipients are listed in the order of signing, with the email message that will be sent to all the recipients.

  1. Current Recipients lists the Docusign recipients added to the template. These will be the default recipients when the user generates the AwesomeDoc from within Bullhorn. The recipients can be edited for a specific document generated from the template before the Docusign envelope is sent in Kyloe AwesomeDocs in Bullhorn.

    1. Existing recipients can be removed by clicking the cross.

    2. New entities can be added by completing the Recipient type fields and clicking the Add recipient button.

    3. Changing the order of the fields can be done by clicking the up/down arrows.

NOTE: The number of recipients and order should match the recipients in your template. Any further recipients will be not asked to sign but copied in (CCed).

For Publish templates, adding a recipient here will activate the Send option in Kyloe Publish in Bullhorn. The Published document will use the recipient added to auto-populate the email recipient, providing the entity matches the entity the template is created against.

  2. Recipient Type can be either a Bullhorn entity or Person. Depending on the selection here the following options will change accordingly.

  3. Recipients Placeholder - Recipient type Bullhorn entity: Select the entity from the drop-down list. The list of available Bullhorn entities will be restricted based on what entity the template is created against.

  4. Embedded Signer: If your Docusign account has embedded signing functionality enabled then this box can be checked. However, in general this setting should be ignored unless specifically instructed to be checked by Kyloe. If this is checked and your Docusign is not appropriately configured then no emails will be sent.

  5. Recipients Placeholder - Recipient type Person: For individual recipients a Recipient Name is required. When the AwesomeDoc document is sent to Docusign this will be shown as the name against the signature. This option can be edited for the specific document before the envelope is sent in Kyloe AwesomeDocs in Bullhorn.

  6. For individual recipients a Recipient email is required.

For some templates, temporary placeholder text, such as name and email, can be entered using the Recipient type Person. When the Bullhorn user subsequently generates the AwesomeDoc document, they should always check the Recipient information before sending and change this for an appropriate name and email address.

Docusign Role: Within Docusign it is possible to create templates. If the AwesomeDoc template is linked to a Docusign template then each recipient will need a matching Docusign role assigned. This allows Docusign to match AwesomeDoc recipients to the other signing fields that have been created in the Docusign templates. is detailed in the Docusign tab information below.

Email Subject is the email subject that will be sent to every recipient. Bullhorn information can be added here using . The email subject is limited to 100 characters, once the syntax has been replaced by information from Bullhorn.

Email body is the email body that will be sent to every recipient. Similar to the subject, Bullhorn information can be added here, using the appropriate .
