Editing a file

Kyloe AwesomeDocs allows you to edit .docx and .pdf files directly within Bullhorn.

Once the Edit and merge files section has been expanded, you will see the files stored against the Bullhorn record.

1. File Information: By default, the files are listed in alphabetical order. Clicking either the Filename, Last Modified or File size column headings will sort the files appropriately. Clicking the same column heading again will reverse the sort order.

2. The refresh button will update the list of files to reflect any changes since Kyloe AwesomeDocs was opened.

3. Clicking the Edit icon will open the file in Microsoft Word. Once the file is open you can make any changes in Word and click the save icon in the top-left corner of Word. Each time you save in Word a new file of the same name will be saved to Bullhorn. The list of files will refresh after a few seconds.

   NOTE: Do not save the file locally as this will disconnect Word from Kyloe AwesomeDocs.

4. Clicking the Plus icon will add the file to the merge basket. Each file can only be added once to each basket.
