Kyloe AwesomeDocs allows you to merge a collection of files together into a single pdf document. Simply add documents to the Merge Basket - from a selection of entities - order them as you wish, then let the app create the new document.
Bullhorn has a file size limit of 10Mb. Large, uncompressed images or documents with a great deal of content should be reduced in size before merging.
To add an existing Bullhorn file to the basket, either double-click the file in the Edit and merge files section or click the plus icon to the right of the file.
You can add files to the merge basket from multiple entities within Bullhorn. The currently-selected entity will be where the final file is saved when you click MERGE.
Merge Name: You can enter your filename here. Please remember to avoid characters that are not acceptable in a filename. Additionally, Bullhorn has a filename limit of 100 characters, including the file extension (.pdf, .docx).
The Merge Basket number shows how many individual documents are in the basket.
Clicking the delete icon will remove the document from the basket.
Clicking the up or down arrows will move the file up or down the list of files. The order the files are arranged in the basket will be the order their content appears in the final file. The files can also be rearranged by clicking and dragging within the basket if you wish.
Clicking the Clear All button will empty the basket of all files.
Clicking the Upload to Basket button will allow you to select a file on your local machine. This will be added to the basket and can be treated the same as a Bullhorn file.
NOTE: Only files of the following types can be added to the basket: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .doc, .docx
Clicking the Merge button will start the merging process. Depending on the number of files, this may take a few seconds. Once complete, the basket will be emptied and the list of files refreshed.
