To generate a new Kyloe AwesomeDoc, simply expand the Create an AwesomeDoc section to reveal the available templates. This list of templates will change, depending on the entity you are currently viewing. This screenshot has been taken from a placement record:

The list of available templates is maintained by Kyloe in the Template Manager. If you wish to create or modify Kyloe AwesomeDoc templates, please contact Kyloe Support.
Clicking the Refresh button will update the list of templates. This should only be required if additional templates have been added since opening Kyloe AwesomeDocs.
The Type shows which Bullhorn entity the template will be created against. In this example we are viewing a vacancy/job record so we see templates for Shortlist, Vacancy, and Candidate.
The Name of each template will have been agreed at the time of template creation.
The Last Modified value shows when Kyloe last updated the template. This is not the last time a document was generated against this template.
Clicking the Create AwesomeDoc button will generate the Microsoft Word document for the selected template.
