Kyloe Publish is often used for online forms and Candidate CV webpages. It is a separate subscription to Kyloe AwesomeDocs but uses the same Template builder. See section for more information about Publish.
To make a template a Kyloe Publish template, the Publish Enabled option has to be checked. The information under the Publish tab in the Template Configuration is often used in conjunction with the Create from blank option under Input template.
Publish Enabled: Check this box to enable the Kyloe Publish functionality.
File must be selected to Publish: Selecting this gives the user the option to attach a file with the published document in Bullhorn. The optional file will then form part of the generated webpage. This is similar to activating the file attachment section for AwesomeDocs formatter type templates.
‘Like’ update: When the recipient views the Published document in their browser they have the option to click a thumbs-up (like) button. A record of this click is stored as a response to the Published document's activity automatically. However, an additional Bullhorn field update is also possible by adding code here to update a field in Bullhorn.
‘Dislike’ update is identical to the like update, but for the dislike response.
Sent update: Bullhorn field updates can be added here which will be triggered when the Published document is sent to a recipient.
Update GDPR Consent tab: Kyloe Publish can be used to update the GDPR consent tab (if applicable). Selecting this option will reveal the next two options:
GDPR Consent Object: This setting needs the details of the GDPR custom object as it has been created against your candidate.
GDPR Consent Details: If you are using the consent tab, you can copy and paste the default values above this field and change the values for text1, text2, text3 and textBlock1.
Form Fields to update Recipient: If you are intending to update records en masse, selecting this option will update the record of each recipient instead of the originating record.
Use Company Publish Header: Selecting this option will display the company branded header. The actual Publish Header text is located under Input template > . See .
NOTE: If Use Company Publish Header is ticked, this will override any of the HTML that is entered in the (12) Publish Header under Publish.
Show Header and Footer: Tick this box if you are presenting the recipient with information from the header/footer section of the input template if Create from blank is selected (see below).
Publish Header: If you would like this template to have a unique iFrame header (ideal for differently branded departments) you can input your HTML here.
CNAME: Enter your provided CNAME details here for the Publish template (e.g. docs.kyloepartners.com). Note: leaving blank will use your default CNAME, created as part of the Kyloe Publish implementation setup.
