If the AwesomeDoc template is a combination of the Word base document, with merge fields, and HTML, it is possible to set where the HTML content will be inserted within the final document. Review the configuration tab and note that the Merge Section option can either be 'Append to end of Template' or 'End of specific section'.
If the Append option is selected, the HTML section will be placed after all the Word content. Alternatively, the specific section option requires you to create a section break in the Word document where you want the HTML section to appear. You will also need to enter the number of the section, starting at zero. This is especially important if you have multiple section breaks in your Word document.
