Record selection

Usually clicking the Create AwesomeDoc button will generate a document immediately. However, some entity/template combinations require you to select a specific Bullhorn record before the document can be generated:

• Candidate templates against a vacancy record.

• Shortlist templates against a vacancy record.

• Contact templates against a company record.

In the above cases, an additional screen will pop up asking you to select a record. This example is from generating a candidate template against a vacancy record:

A refresh button is available, should the list of records be updated elsewhere.

Simply select the appropriate record and click Continue.
