All DocuSign envelopes require at least one recipient. The template will select recipients by default, depending on the predefined configuration. Each recipient can sign individual places of a document, or be copied at a particular point in the process.

The Kyloe AwesomeDoc template will have DocuSign placeholders at the appropriate locations within the Word document and these should not be amended during any document edits.

In the Edit DocuSign Config, click Edit Recipients to expand and reveal the recipient information.

  1. The Recipient List shows the current recipients, in signing order, top to bottom.

  2. Clicking the Edit button will allow you to edit the current recipient information:

    1. This is the Recipient Name.

    2. This is the Recipient Email Address. This must be a valid email address for all recipients or the envelope will not send.

    3. Click the check icon to update the recipient's details.

  3. Clicking the X icon will delete the recipient from the envelope.

  4. If there are multiple recipients, it is possible to rearrange the recipient order by clicking and dragging on the six-dot icon.

  5. Clicking the Add a Recipient button will expand the section to allow a new recipient to be added:

These are the same options as editing the recipient, above.

  6. Clicking the Add a Bullhorn Entity button will expand the section to allow the selection of a specific candidate within Bullhorn. Simply enter either an ID or contact information to search Bullhorn. Once you select a record, it will add the recipient and pre-populate all the fields accordingly.

Currently it is only possible to select Candidates. Client Contacts are not returned in this search.

The DocuSign Role is only applicable to those Kyloe AwesomeDoc templates that are linked to a DocuSign template. This will have been configured during template creation and should only be updated if the linked DocuSign template has been amended. If this is the case, please contact to update the template. This will avoid updating the recipients every time a document is generated.
