Identifying a Bullhorn field

All our AwesomeDocs syntax locates a Bullhorn field in the same way:

${entity.field}

The $ sign and {} are necessary for Kyloe AwesomeDocs to identify incoming AwesomeDocs syntax.

As examples, entity might be candidate or clientCorporation field might be firstName or occupation. A list of the Bullhorn entities is found below

The Entity and Field can all be identified in the Field Mappings section of Bullhorn. If you have access to field mappings then you will find the following:

For our templates we always use the exact field name that we see in the Field (left) column. The values in the Label column can be changed on different Bullhorn systems but the field names always remain the same.

The entity names may also appear different on your system. Again, we have fixed names for the Bullhorn entities as follows:

Candidate

candidate

Company

clientCorporation

Contact

clientContact

Job/Vacancy

Opportunity

Placement

Your system may have different names than above, but you will have matching colours for each entity. You should use the entity name in the right-hand column of the above table, no matter what the name in your Bullhorn system.
