Docusign uses the oAuth 2.0 authentication model to secure any envelope. This requires the sending Docusign user to authenticate any app that wishes to generate an envelope. Our Kyloe app has been registered with Docusign but it is possible that you may need to authenticate either your own email address or a generic, contracts@clientname.com, address.
If you receive the following message when clicking Send Envelope then you will need to follow the below process:
Ensure you have completed the document edits required, as usual.
Click the link provided in the message above - click Send Envelope if the message has disappeared.
You will be taken to a new Docusign tab in your browser. Login to the appropriate Docusign account for this envelope. If the template usually sends as your individual user then login as that. If this template is configured for a fixed email address, login to Docusign as that address.
You will then be presented with this option:
Click 'Allow Access'.
You should then be presented with this message:
Close the Docusign tab, logout if you wish, and return to Bullhorn.
Click the Send Envelope button to send your document again.
No further authentication should be required for your user.
If you have any issues with this process or wish to discuss this further either contact your internal Bullhorn administrator or .
